Paralegal Jaylin Sherman was born and raised in Lake Charles, Louisiana. She attended Sowela Technical Community College in Lake Charles, where she earned her Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice. In 2014, she moved to Houston, Texas to begin her career in law enforcement with a local law enforcement agency. Jaylin has always had an interest in the legal field. She later made the decision to enroll at Lone Star College to study Paralegal Studies. In 2018, she earned her Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies.
Jaylin splits her time between our civil department and family department, while also assisting attorneys with probate matters and estate planning.
Jaylin lives in the Cypress area with her fiance, Carlton, her son, Cameron, and her niece and nephew, Ethan and Caitlin. Jaylin has two dogs, Max and Oreo. Jaylin enjoys spending time with family, shopping, and traveling.

Kim Tisdale is from Alvin, Texas and has a BS in Education. She married a TAMU Cadet who commissioned into the Army in 1992. She had the honor of being an Army wife for 19 years. During that time, she had two children, worked in elementary schools in various roles and volunteered with military family support organizations especially during times of deployment.
After returning to Texas in 2013, Kim received her real estate license and is currently completing her paralegal certificate at Lone Star College.
Kim loves to travel and spend time with her kids.
